Beginner Vinyasa Yoga,
In this beginner level class, Valentina will break down the basic movements of Vinyasa style Yoga. We will work on proper body alignment and understanding of the poses to create a beautiful flowing sequence. Pairing breath to movement will give you a feeling of unification in your mind, body and spirit. Each class will strive to help you become in-tune with your body; through stretching, opening, strengthening and aligning it. As we become in-tune with our body, we can start to understand our mind and fully become the best possible version of ourselves! This is a donation based class, please bring cash, your yoga mat and water. Please be on time. This class will start promptly at 6pm!
