Level 1 Hoop Dance w/ Lola Hoop Darling!
Hooping is a fun and creative way to work out and express yourself. An increasingly popular way to exercise, hooping is also a new form of dance and performance art. Tone your core, arms, legs and gluts while getting a cardio work out, learning a new skill, increasing your coordination and having FUN while you do it! You will not feel like you're burning 600 calories per hour as you challenge yourself to continue learning the endless amount of tricks and dance moves the hoop has to offer. Hoops will be available to borrow in class and can be purchased from http://etsy.com/shop/unityhoops so you can practice at home!
*There are no refunds unless the class is canceled by Unity Hoops.
*There must be 10 people signed up for this class to run, 10 is the most hoopers we can fit into the room! So the class will be capped at 10.
